Emails are far from private. They allow anyone between the sender and the receiver to intercept, read, and even copy or alter the contents. With Astaro email encryption, you can encase your messages in a secure package and stamp it with a tamper-proof seal. By keeping messages private, your company avoids data loss, gains the ability to send very sensitive data via email and lets users validate incoming and outgoing messages with digital signatures.
The learning cost associated with implementing email encryption products is high. With Astaro’s mail encryption, the learning costs is removed. The Astaro UserPortal is a self-management hub where employees can work with their email messages and previously configured remote access technologies without the help of an Administrator. Companies can save time, and empower users to manage their own spam quarantine and message activity without and IT administrators interventions.
The UserPortal is perfect for allowing employees to manage some of the usual tasks that involve an administrator themselves. It is available in over 15 languages and can be customized with the message a company wishes to show employees once they login. Users can make own personal spam whitelist or sort through their spam quarantine in moments to find a message they require.
Upon login, if allowed to use the feature, an employee could download their SSL VPN client to permit secure access to resources behind the Astaro installation.
