If you are a reseller and have good credit, acquiring Net Terms is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
- Download the easy to fill out Net Terms Agreement.

Fill out both pages completely and sign it in the following areas.

Trade References & Bank Information: Must sign the area on page two just under Bank Information. This gives us authorization to check and obtain the necessary trade references (Listed on page 1) and bank information to determine Net Terms approval or not.

Reseller Agreement: Must sign here stating that you agree to the terms of the Net Terms Agreement.

Resale Certificate: If you do NOT have a Tax Resale Certificate to fax over with the agreement, you must fill in this area completely and sign accordingly.

Individual Personal Guarantee: Please fill out the area completely and sign the guarantee. This is optional but does help in the approval process.
- Fax it back with a copy of your Tax Resale Certificate to CPU Distributing, Inc. ATT: Sales Department at 281-964-1330.
Once we receive the Net Terms Agreement, we will process the agreement through our credit approval system. Depending on the completeness of the agreement, we should be able to obtain an answer for you within 2 - 3 business days. If we need additional information, we will contact you requesting it.
