We do not believe in a cookie-cutter approach to meeting network/data/email/internet & remote access security demands. There are some standards that everyone should follow, but everyone's network environment is different and everyone has various goals, objectives, policies & procedures, functions within, and ideas regarding their company that must be taken into account.
Therefore, these resources are provided for both resellers and end-users. They are made available to you through us from the manufacturers of the various solutions we provide and or other resources available to us to help educate . . .
- Resellers regarding security issues that daily threaten their clients' and
-
End-Users regarding the same within their own companies and to help them better understand what their Out-sourced (reseller) or In-house IT personnel are talking about when it comes to security issues that may exist within their company, and
-
Both regarding the best possible solution to resolving these issues.
We have provided three resource areas for both resellers and end-users alike. They are:
e-Training: Online training resources such as videos and PowerPoint presentations from various manufacturers and other sources regarding their products, available online certifications, sales, and so-forth.
e-Library: Product data sheets, Product SKU spreadsheets (only shows MSRP), whitepapers, articles, & so-forth regarding network security issues and solutions to them.
Webinars: Contains schedules and archives of various webinars available from the various manufacturers and other resources regarding network security issues and solutions.
Each of the above links will go to their own particular page and show you what is available. Feel free to use these resources to educate yourself and others.
We feel that the more everyone, end-users and resellers alike, are educated on the various security issues that exists and the solutions to resolving them, the better chance we all have at fighting and securing ourselves from those creating viruses, spyware, worms and other malicious threats; those who are seeking to hack into your network and steal valuable data to sell and use against you; and the accidental loss of the company's confidential and sensitive data.
We have discovered that the more end-users are educated regarding the various security issues and available solutions; the better client they become for our clients, the resellers, in regards to making sure various security policies are in place and followed.
And the more resellers educate themselves on the various security issues and available solutions the better security and support they can provide their clients within their particular network environment thus increasing their customer satisfaction and loyalty rating and hopefully business through referrals.
In other words, it becomes a winning scenario for all.
