I am writing regarding a person of your organization named Jamie. I had an issue with another Borderware reseller with my largest account and was told about your company by Borderware directly. As I am usually not comfortable trying a distributor I have never heard of before, I thought I would give your company a call to see what you could do. I called in on Friday August 12th at 4:53 p.m. and talked with a gentleman named Wes. He was very helpful and told me he would have a person named Jamie call me first thing on Monday morning. Hesitant as I was, I thought I would wait and see if I got a phone call returned. Sure enough, Monday morning came around, and I did receive Jamie’s call and she had already talked with Borderware and was aware of my problem!! She got me the answers I needed ASAP and saved me with my account. I placed a small order yesterday and asked if there was any way it could be rushed through rather than the usual wait of about 7-10 days I had been experiencing and much to my amazement, I received the licenses TODAY, yes the very next day. Thank you to Jamie and your organization for their work on this. As a result I have forwarded her contact info to over 100 other reps at my company with my full recommendation. Thank you for the excellent customer service and the dedication to the customer.

Hi Chris,
Even though there was a little glitch on this first order (WatchGuard's fault, not yours), we were able to work around it and I do understand that 'things happen' - same with us at times too. As I mentioned before, we are having a pretty big push on our enterprise systems and set up so we'll be in need of a decent number of Fireboxes moving forward, as well as other items.
You really made a great first impression and came through in a pinch, just as you predicted. I feel confident in placing my future business in your hands. I'm looking forward to that solid, reliable relationship. It will be beneficial to all!
